From a set of 78rpm discs recorded by HMV at the Three Choirs Festival at Hereford Cathedral in 1927, with the choirs of Hereford, Worcester & Gloucester Cathedrals and the London Symphony Orchestra.
Herbert Brewer wrote this setting of the Mag and Nunc for this Festival and this is his own orchestration of the work and conducted by himself. (Only the Nunc dimittis was issued on gramophone record)
