How cool! I'm a big fan of Aaron from Squat University @SquatUniversity and when I got a message from him about his interest in the steel mace or macebell I was instantly enthusiastic and saw me visiting and teaching him in the future. That happened! Together with @Santimaceflow I drove from Chicago to St. Louis to teach Aaron the basics of a Front 360 and the Back 360 with the gada/mace. We had a great time and I'm impressed by Aaron's humility and openness to learn. He did amazing!!
