1/2 cup Ghee (semi solid)
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1 cup Maida
2 tbsp Besan
2 tbsp Sooji
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Elaichi Powder
Dry fruits for topping (optional)
1-2 tsp Milk (only if required)
1. Ghee & sugar ko 2-3 minute tak cream kar lein.
2. Maida, besan, sooji, baking powder & elaichi mix karein.
3. Soft dough banayein (knead nahi, bas jodna hai).
4. Balls banayein & dry fruits se garnish karein.
5. Oven: 180°C, 12-15 min bake.
Kadhai: Low flame, 15-20 min bake.
6. Thanda hone ke baad serve karein.
