🌟In my last post, I shared a poster on how to use "heat as medicine" for flu/coronavirus. I would like to thank Dr. Biswaroop for sharing such valuable information with us. I am happy to be his student and to share this knowledge with you!
In that poster, step 1 was to do lower leg immersion in hot water.
In this video, I have explained how to do foot soak for curing flu, bp, body aches, headache, and muscle spasm in detail. this is the best home remedy for all of this.
This procedure can be done for any flu (influenza) high BP, headache, body ache, fever or muscle spasm.
It's cheap, easy, natural and very effective.
Try for yourself and let me know!
THINGS TO REMEMBER
1. If it's too hot, put a damp towel on head.
2. Do not use fan/ ac.
3. Don't follow for 1.5 hours after a meal. 3 hours for heavy meals.
4. Can add 3-4 spoons of Epsom salt.. if using Epsom salt, apply oil on feet once done. Else use rock salt.
5. Few drops of lavender essential oil helps to relax the mind.
6. To be avoided during menstrual cycle.
P.S. Sweating is a good sign.
