Personal thoughts:

Gerson was the hardest boss to no-hit so far for me. I understand it may be the recency bias, but he flipped all of the battle mechanics on their head, forcing you to collect 84 stars to complete his training, which was the main difficult part to adjust to. Also, in my opinion, this is the only enemy in the game that justifies the use of the Devilsknife, me using it on Tenna was kinda unnecessary. (If you're wondering why some builds have the Jevilstail equipped while Tenna and Gerson had the Devilsknife, the answer is simple: I just completed the bosses on different save files)
