Cedar Plank Smoked Salmon

Ladies and Gents!! Its been awhile but I'm back and I wanted to start off with one way you can smoke some salmon and I'm doing it today on some Cedar Planks. Of course, there are more and better ways maybe but before some of you get frustrated on what the right way, this is how I did it. I am smoking these on the new Weber Summit. If you like the video please feel free to like it or not. No hard feelings. Please excuse the shaking a little bit. My wife has lupus and sometimes she is not able to hold objects long so I try and be quick but I'm thankful that she helps me when she can.
