While the first third of the show is missing, what we have of the gig shows a pretty good performance. The musicianship may be a bit more reserved than at Uniondale, but in the meantime Phil Lynott seems to have improved vocally, and tonight's rendition of Warriors is very explosive. The atmosphere in the Boston Garden is great as well, making Baby Drives Me Crazy a fun rendition.

A few years ago I had the chance to talk to the taper of the first source, Ronnie Farnsworth, who kindly cooperated to have his recording released : big thanks to him ! For this upload I've decided to merge his distant but atmospheric recording (speed corrected) with Hezekiahx2's glorious source (which also covers most of Queen's set) which is used from the middle of the drum solo onwards. I've done some channel work on both source as well.
