In this video, I will explain how I utilize supply and demand in my trading plan. It is a rather simple trading approach, but oftentimes we tend to overcomplicate it. I will show you how I use simplified S&D zones on both the higher and lower timeframes and how to potentially get perfect entries from those zones. Keep in mind that it is really important to actually understand what a supply and demand zone is, how it forms and what makes it valid. So for this, I provide you with some trading rules that you can include in your current trading approach.
