Smoked then Fried Chicken Wings - One of the Best Wings you will ever taste!

We took these chicken wings to a whole new level by smoking them, and then dropping them into a deep fryer to finish them off. So we took kitchen shears and cut down these full size wings into party wings. The chicken wings were then dried, and covered in olive oil as a binder. We took the wings and liberally rubbed them with Sucklebusters Clucker Dust. We put the wings on the Lonestar Grillz Mini at 200F and allowed them to smoke as the temp raised to 275F. After 1 hour we took the wings out of the smoke and dropped them in 375 degree oil in our Rv Works Cajun Fryer. We fried the wings for a little over 3 minutes and they turned out beautiful. We then tossed them in PS Seasoning's Blue Ribbon BBQ Sauce and they were FANTASTIC. If you are looking for anything used in this video, see our affiliate links below.
