On July 11, 2023 Detective were in the area of a local Apartment Complex. While driving through the complex they both observed an individual we knew to be Jabbaris walking up a hill. They both knew the suspect had active arrest warrants.

both familiar with Brown and have arrested him in the past on outstanding warrants.
