Join me for a 25 minute Vinyasa Flow practice, where we will move in harmony with our breath. I hope you enjoy this energetic practice that will leave you feeling energised and refreshed at the end.
Vinyasa Flow is a type of yoga where a string of yoga poses are tied together to make a sequence. I like to think of it as a piece of music. There are highs and lows to the movements, literally and energetically. Each practice is completely unique and no two flow's can ever be the same.
This class is better suited to those who have practised yoga before. Prior knowledge of yoga poses may be useful, as we are moving fluidly between each pose. If you are new to the practice, check out one of my Gentle or Hatha yoga classes which may be beneficial for you.
