Todays leg day focused on squats and deadlifts. Really focusing on form and depth to make sure I don't injure my self. Also to make sure I workout my legs hard with a lot of squeezing. As I progress with my form I will be adding more and more weight as it gets easier. Form is very important especially when doing heavy lifts like this. Always be careful squatting and deadlifting!
