Ramsgate RSL are proud to sponsor The Settlement’s Leadership Program & Camp, developed by The Sydney University Settlement Centre. It has been designed to enhance the engagement of local indigenous young people in the Redfern/Waterloo community, to widen their gaze to future pathways and aspirations, and utilise the skills they learn to bring to their community.
As part of the program, two Ramsgate RSL volunteers travelled with the young persons on a cultural camp to Alice Springs and Uluru.
