I'm done with PC players, for real, you can do too much modifications on this game. You can make new performances for cars, new models, you can make cheats allowing you to go through people, going faster than them and so on.

Just watch how Aquila pushes my car every single time we do a front hit, people will say "it's just lag come on". Over 10 years of HP I never experienced this, I played the worst internet players in the game, they were hard to hit in front but they were lagging all around, not only when we front hit, and that's not the case with Aquila. His car just built different, or he has something running in background to make his car hit harder that makes people flying away, same speed, sometimes he just turned around in front of me and I was launched already, but he still got the hit on me and made me go backwards.
I'm also mentioning, at start of each round, my fps were dying for no reason, pure hasard isn't it?

But yeah, who am I to say someone's cheating? It's true, I'm just an Arms Race Veteran that played that mode for 8 years, you guys should listen to the "never played/200h" players who will come around saying I'm just too bad.
The fact that it's not only against me and others arms race players noticed it also confirm that something's under the rock.
