I’m sharing with you how I leaned to make these fabric rugs and all the tips I’ve learned along the way. Here I go over step by step how I make an oval fabric rug...also known as a jelly roll rug. Using the jelly roll fabric strips measuring 2.5" wide and 44" long with batting to create a beautiful rug.
