The Negroni is definitely one of the most popular craft cocktails in the world. Some say it is the most popular cocktail that features Campari as well.

This drink is well-known for it's intense bitter and sweet tones giving it a unique flavor you may not have ever experienced before. The Gin allows the drink to have some herbal-ness as well. It can be an aquired taste, but those who love this drink.. like REALLYYY love this drink!

The recipe is all equal parts, and also my personal favorite way to make this drink, but feel free to experiment more or less of each ingredient to better suit your palette!

It can be served up in a coupe or martini glass, but you will most likely find it served over ice. I like to split the difference and serve mine over a large Ice cube.

Negroni Recipe:⠀
⚈ 1oz (30ml) Gin
⚈ 1oz (30ml) St. Germain⠀
⚈ 1oz (30ml) Lemon Juice⠀

⠀
Add all ingredients into your stir glass, then add ice and stir for 20 seconds
⠀
Serve in your glass of choice/ ice or no ice
Garnish with an orange peel
