Cycle: 3 minutes of Wail and 3 minutes of Hi-Lo
Other notes: I had never done Michigan SWA so I wasn't sure where to go. Noie told me at the last minute he was going to Dowagiac, so I met him there. I'm glad I did, as this is the first time we've filmed Dowagiac's sirens doing anything other than a short boop or Westminster Chimes.
The sirens sounded right at 1 PM in wail, and then at 1:10, they sounded again in Hi-Lo, or Westminster Chimes for Mods.
As you can see, the rotator is messed up on this siren. Noie and I were laughing through the whole test as it couldn't make up its mind.
