How I quick fixed my broken idler pulley mount on a 1998 Ford Expedition with a 5.4. Tried , JB Weld, Blue Demon Triplay to braze it back on and finally the use of a M8 hardened bolt screwed into the base mount as far as possible. I hope this helps someone out.
