Mung bean is one of the foods to reduce the heat in our body‼️ Let’s use it to make an easy Mung Bean Cake.
We used soy milk to replace milk🥛 and enhance bean flavor.
Also we reduced the smount of sugar to make less greasy and healtier.
You may change the stuffing to red bean, sweet potato or taro paste if you want😎
And you may use fry-pan🍳 instead of oven~
綠豆絕對是清熱的好食材‼️弄成綠豆糕,一款清熱的小甜食~
用了豆漿代替牛奶🥛增添豆香味!
另外也減少了白砂糖的份量,吃起來沒膩的感覺,更加清爽,減少了身體的負擔~
把內餡換成紅豆/紫薯/芋泥都可以😎
沒有烤箱的話用平底鍋🍳也能代替

🥣Ingredient 材料:
200g Peeled mung bean 去皮綠豆
200g All-purpose flour 中筋麵粉
3g Yeast 乾酵母
70g White sugar 白砂糖
40g Rapeseed oil 菜籽油
100g Water 水
30g Soy milk 豆漿
00:12 Rinse and wash mung bean and soak for 4 hours 去皮綠豆洗淨後溫水浸泡4小時
00:15 Filter out the water, put bean into a steamer 浸泡好的綠豆濾去水份,鋪在蒸籠內
00:34 Stir evenly with chopsticks 首先用筷子攪拌均勻
00:38 Use hand to knead to ball shape 後用手搓揉成團
00:45 Cover with cling paper and fermentate for 30 minutes 蓋上保鮮膜發酵30分鐘
00:48 Steam the mung bean until it can be shaped 綠豆蒸成可捏狀態即代表熟透
00:51 Put into a bowl 蒸好的綠豆倒入盆中
Add 50g sugar 加入50g白砂糖
Add 30g soy milk 再加入30g豆漿
00:56 Smash with any tools 用任何工具按壓成泥
01:04 Knead to a 30g stuffing 搓成一個30g的餡料球
01:11 Knead the fermentated dough to strip shape 發酵好的麵團稍微排氣後搓成長條
01:26 Divid into 20g balls 分成一個20g的圓球
01:32 Rest for 15 minutes 鬆弛15分鐘
01:41 Press into pie shape 擀成圓餅形狀
01:50 Put stuffing on top and make it a ball 把餡料球包裹進去,弄成圓球
02:08 Gently press into pie shape 然後輕輕按壓成餅狀
02:12 Pre-heat oven to 200°C for 10 minutes 烤箱200度預熱10分鐘
02:13 Bake for 30 minutes with 200°C 之後烤200度30分鐘
