We left Tralee Holiday Lodge around 9 am after a nice breakfast at Coffee Start.
We hiked 12 miles on trail and 1 mile to Seaview House B & B. Super nice accommodations and nice breakfast in the morning.
We walked along a canal and then passed the Blennerville Windmill. Most of the day we had views of the water and hiked along the side of a mountain. The Dingle Way shares the trail with the North Kerry Way “Kerry Camino”.
We crossed the Finglas River and shortly thereafter made a right down to the Seaview House.
A spectacular first day.
