Edgar Santos-Fernandez describes a new suite of Bayesian space-time models for stream networks implemented in the SSNbayes package for R. In the second half of the talk, he compares the ability of more traditional time series models and space-time models to detect anomalies in data from multiple in-situ sensors distributed across a branching river network.
