In this video, steadypace® instructor, Jeff Gotte, M. Ed will guide you through 2 steadypace® exercises you should perform 1 or 2 times per week so you can reduce your foot drop.
The goal of each exercise is to reach muscle failure and then write that time down using a progress journal. As you recover, your anterior tibilias will be more functional and you will experience a reduction of foot drop.
