I can’t tell you how happy I am to be sharing this episode with you. It’s something really special — a conversation I recorded a few years ago with the incredible Mark Waid. For a long time, I honestly thought this recording was gone forever… but recently, I stumbled across it, and it felt like finding a lost treasure.
Mark Waid has had such a huge impact on my love for comics, especially Superman. His stories — from Kingdom Come to Birthright — helped shape how I see these characters and what they stand for. In this chat, we talk about all of that: his creative process, his deep understanding of Superman, the evolution of Lex Luthor, and the emotional power of Lois Lane.
