पाकिस्तान में तथाकथित जासूसी के आरोपों में मौत की सजा पाए भारत के पूर्व नौसेना अधिकारी कुलभूषण जाधव के मामले में पाकिस्तान ने पलटी मार दी है। पाकिस्तान सरकार ने बुधवार को अपने देश के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय को सूचित किया कि जासूसी के आरोप में मौत की सजा पाए कुलभूषण जाधव को अपनी सजा के खिलाफ अपील करने का अधिकार अंतर्राष्ट्रीय न्यायालय (आईसीजे) के 2019 के फैसले के कारण नहीं दिया गया है, बल्कि उसे केवल भारत के काउंसलर का एक्सेस का आदेश दिया गया था।
