This is a postlude in D minor by the German Romantic composer Davin who was born near Kassel in Northern Hesse and worked as teacher in a seminary in Schlüchtern near Fulda in Southern Hesse. It is marked Grave and calls for "Abwechselnd starke und schwache Stimmen" (alternating strong and weak voices). The piece is part of the collection "Album für die Orgel" edited by Adalbert Kühn (available on the IMSLP website). Instrument: Johannus Live III, sample: Sauer - Leipzig.
