Signal: 4x test voice, full wail, 4x tornado warning voice, 4x test voice
Street address/POI: Queens Gate Way and Southbay Drive
Other enthusiasts present: 1 (Ohio Outdoor Warning Sirens)
Notes: Starts a few minutes before 9:50 AM
