A rugged bikepacking adventure through the heart of British Columbia’s South Chilcotin Mountains. This loop takes you around the Shulaps Range, , Pision Mountain, dropping into the remote Big Dog basin, and finishing with the dramatic ridgelines and valleys of the Yalakom.
Steep climbs, flowing descents, and endless views of alpine ridges, glacial streams, and wildflower meadows. The Shulaps area is known for its rich Indigenous history, old mining trails, and some of the most remote backcountry riding in BC. This ride pushes both body and bike through technical singletrack, rugged doubletrack, and long gravel grinds — the perfect mix of challenge and reward.
