Brenda Butler, a dedicated servant and cancer survivor from Atlanta, GA., got her wish! Her dream was to visit the International African American Museum. Thanks to Wish of a Lifetime from AARP @WishOfALifetimeFromAARP, Brenda came to Charleston to revel in the wonders of IAAM and connect with her family's history. Now the 72-year-old wants her entire family and others to have the experience she did: a special tour, a genealogy workshop, and a chance to meet curators of the space named one of "The World's Greatest Places 2024" by Time Magazine.
