Tumko Dekha To – Jagjit Singh Ghazal | Shishir Parkhie Live Tribute | Saath Saath

A soulful tribute to the legendary Jagjit Singh Ji!
Shishir Parkhie performs the timeless ghazal "Tumko Dekha To" from the film Saath Saath (1982), originally sung by Jagjit Singh and composed by Kuldeep Singh with lyrics by Javed Akhtar. This live performance took place at the 108th Indian Science Congress hosted by Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University on 5th January 2023.

The prestigious event was inaugurated by Hon. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, in the presence of Hon. Governor of Maharashtra Shri Bhagat Singh Koshyari, Hon. Chief Minister Shri Eknath Shinde, Hon. Dy Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis, RTMNU Vice-Chancellor Dr. Subhash Choudhari, and other dignitaries. More than 10,000 delegates, students, and scientists from around the world attended this event.
