US Navy destroyers and military jets were spotted in Puerto Rico as increased activity continues in the Caribbean. The movements comes amid heightened pressure on Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, following a reported call in which President Trump rejected most of Maduro’s demands for safe passage.
