I'm pretty confident that everyone who've studied or lived within Setapak area will be very familiar with this household brand. Throughout the years, they have been delivering quality homes at friendly prices. But for their latest PV 22, it felt somewhat different.
The first change I like would be the ownership of the retail components. Instead of cashing out to fund the construction, now the developer is gonna curate the function and direction for the retail area to be wellness focused. There will be a day-care/wellness facility for elderlies in the future, and it will work great with the Columbia hospital right opposite.
The next change is that drastic shift in the unit layout. If they just stick to what they do for the past decade, I'm pretty confident PV 22 will still sell like hot cakes. But instead of just settling, the team is pushing boundaries by having extra large bathrooms, units will flexible spaces, basically the reconfiguration of their usual design. This takes a lot of work but I can see the pride which I always love.
Of course, this is a very mature address. There are so many people living here resulting with amenities in abundance here. Here, the team designed new commercial experiences to complement their existing community. Again pushing boundaries instead of settling for just another apartment building.
But what PV22 got that others don't? The brand new MRT 3 station:)
