Traditional Vegetarian Turkish Mercimek Kofte - Lentil Bulgur Kofta

This recipe is for a traditional Turkish dish called "Mercimek Kofte", it's a lentil and bulgur dish, typically served as a side dish or a main dish.

The dish is then mixed well and can be served hot.
