Behind the scenes as a Royal photographer covering King Charles for 45 years

FOR nearly 50 years Arthur Edwards has chronicled the Royal Family for the Sun, witnessing their triumphs and disasters.

On hand to capture history, he has photographed seven royal weddings, five funerals and seven regal babies.

But there was one picture he thought he would never take.

On Saturday, Arthur finally photographed King Charles wearing his crown.
