In this video we are going to go over the only Robocopy command you will ever need to copy data between a source and destination folder. Ive taken the time to assemble the relevant switches I think are important
.
Command used (Test):
robocopy "C:\source\test" "C:\destination\test" /E /XA:HS /MT /R:5 /W:5 /LOG+:C:\temp\RobocopyLog.txt /TEE
Command used (Production):
robocopy "C:\source" "C:\destination" /E /XA:HS /MT /R:5 /W:5 /LOG+:C:\temp\RobocopyLog.txt /TEE

Switches:
/E Copy Subfolders, including Empty Subfolders
/XA:HS exclude hidden and system
/MT multithread
/R:5 Retry 5x on failed copies
/W:5 Wait 5 seconds between retires
Optional:
/LOG+: appends to log file
/TEE Output to console window, as well as the log file
Customization:
/XD exclude directory
/XF exclude file
