The National Dairy FARM Program’s Workforce Development Program equips dairy farm owners and managers with tools to enhance their safe and thriving work environments. Guest speakers Collin Robertson and Steve Halahan lead a conversation on the importance of dairy farm safety, implementing on farm safety protocols and best practices for dairy farms.
Collin Robertson has served as human resources manager with Double A Dairy LLC for five years. He thrives on training new hires, managers and tenured employees about best practices for dairy farm safety.
Steve Halahan has been a dairy focus consultant with Cargill since the fall of 2008. Dairy farm safety is an important part of Steve’s job with Cargill. He served as the farm safety lead for three years and always makes safety a part of his visits with customers.
The National Dairy FARM Program’s Quick Convos series is an interactive opportunity for dairy farmers to learn about the FARM Program.
