TRELAWNY YAM FARMER, FARMING YAMS FOR OVER 30 YEARS/ YAM FARMER IN TRELAWNY JAMAICA

This is Mr.Paul Russel TRELAWNY Yam Farmer for over 30years, Paul said that he grew up in the farmer community of Lower River in TRELAWNY and grew seeing his mother and father farming Yam and it provided food on the table and send himself and his siblings to school, but after his parents died he took over their Yam Farms and he started expanding to now farming 2000 hills of yam in one plot and another 2000 hills at another plot. Mr.Richards said that being a yam Farmer it has provided food on the table for his family and his has been able to build a house from profits from his farm. Paul plants other crops such sweet peppers 🫑 ,coco and callaloo.
