Booked Holiday Inn & Suites Rayong City Centre when I decided to explore downtown Rayong before going to Koh Samet and was not disappointed with my decision.
The hotel is right next to Passione Mall. Food is not a problem at all as there are many choices inside the mall. Big C is also in the mall for your grocery needs.
The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was good, bedding was great and price is a good value for the money.
