In this video, I walk you through one of our real workout day sessions not to be confused with a structured training day. This is where the raw work happens, the experimentation, the grind, the honesty.
🔥 Routine Breakdown:
1️⃣ “10 Two’s” Ladder (Partner Set)
• 10 burpees each (every burpee has two push-ups)
• 10 muscle-ups with two straight bar dips at the top
• Alternate with your partner without letting go of the bar
• Each round the reps drop by 1 (10 → 1), but the intensity stays high
This routine builds explosive power, bar control, conditioning, and focus under pressure.
2️⃣ 5-Minute Max Push-Ups — Minimal Breaks
A mental and physical test. You versus the clock. Every rep matters.
