Colombia receives a US extradition request for accused drug lord Dairo Antonio Usuga, known as Otoniel. He was captured by Colombian forces after a 7-year search. Otoniel is accused of drug trafficking and killing more than 200 people. He is considered one of the worst after Pablo Escobar.
