Call me vain or whatever, it’s fine…. but despite ultimately wanting to be healthy, strong, and capable (not just today but in like 30 years from now), I also kinda want to have legs like Carrie. Lean, defined, toned. Have you SEEN those legs in real life? Couldn’t stop sharing at them. GOALS.
It won’t happen overnight but by strategically pairing proper nutrition with the right dose of the right workouts, getting those lean, toned Carrie legs is absolutely possible.
My journey has consisted of:
💥 Eating intentionally for my goals with the help of macro tracking
💥 Carb Cycling
💥 Strength training with progressive overload
💥 Short bursts of HIIT training
And guess what, you don’t have to spend all day in the gym to get the results you want.
I spend no more than 30-40 minutes 3-5 days a week working out. I use minimal equipment (just dumbbells) & workout at home. Talk about efficient!
