We sit down with author and outdoorsman, Gord Follett, at local outdoor adventure store Outdoor Pros, and discuss the current moose population in Newfoundland and Labrador.
Gord is an avid outdoorsman and has been involved in the hunting and fishing industry for over 30 years as editor of the Newfoundland Sportsman magazine, and co-host of the Newfoundland Sportsman tv show.
With his time with the Newfoundland Sportsman now over, Gord has published his first book, Track shoes and shotguns: from downtown to the great outdoors, and is currently writing his second book set for release in late 2022. Gord also has started his new Youtube channel, Gord Follett Outdoors and more, where he documents his adventures as well as highlight some of the beautiful communities in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
