So how do we regulate blood pressure? The first and most thing is manage your stress. Don't take too much stress or don't take too much work pressure. If you feel there is a lot of work pressure go out of first station spend one or two days and then just come back be relaxed at home. At home so regular exercises as I told you, you have to walk 30 to 40 minutes per day and make sure that you walk or do some of the other physical activity every day in a complete week.
