[General Comments]
The last update of Meng Huo wasn't nearly up to my standards of maximized gameplay.
This update still features a Heavy Weapon, but substitutes the Wind Scroll for the Dragon Arms. It should be known that the Wind Scroll doesn't affect the reach of his JC. And with a maximization method relying heavily on his JC?......get rid of Wind Scroll. The result is a big improvement in Meng Huo's capabilities.

[Maximization Comments]
Meng Huo has good results from all weapon weights.
Light weapon gives ultimate flexibility with Musou filling, but very weak offensive output
Heavy weapon limits his Musou filling, but offense is maximized
Medium weapon is somewhere in between (C6 becomes risky -- Musou offense is in between)
Heavy weapon should be optimal because abusing JC still gives fast Musou filling. With a Musou bonus on the weapon then, a True Musou with a Heavy weapon is able to KO a generic officer. These are two very deciding factors
Equip the Dragon Arms to give him the Musou filling flexibility with controlling his JC as shown in the video -- Musou filling speed is greatly increased vs no Dragon Arms
The Way of Musou greatly upgrades his offense -- Meng Huo has the weakest Musou in the game, but his True Musou adds on many more attacks for a stronger Musou and prolonged fire.
Maximized Musou filling is summarized by JC
JC is generally enough to Musou fill in massive crowds
smaller crowds, JC will allow enough safety room to execute C1, and with the Dragon Arms, a second JC can be connected to C1 after running in a circle, first running away from the crowd, and then circling back to the crowd.
important to execute JC so that the landing greets a crowd. If the JC is executed too late, there is a good chance of getting hit. The AI is programmed to attack once you're within range of attacking -- always execute JC before a crowd is within attacking range
Equip the Ice Orb for stronger Musou damage
Ice can typically be set by C3 (best option)
C3 typically works only against officers in small crowds, because of slow execution and short reach
one True Musou is will KO Generic Officers
one C3 with Ice + True Musou will KO Playable Officers
killing Playables in one Musou or a quick offense is therefore improbable. Meng Huo's Musou is weak enough against officers and strong enough against peon crowds to often end up in a situation of an isolated officer with no peons for Musou filling
One on one performance with Meng Huo is slow against officers
Performance against officers with small crowds becomes very slow due to JC spamming as the only safe option -- Musou won't fill, and damage is slow
C1 is very good move for moving around
C1 is very useful against archers

typically poor vs officers stronger than Generics -- too good crowd clearing with too weak Musou offense
Very good vs archers
Very good vs multiple officers, both in general performance against them as JC filling method stays consistent, and the benefit of a stationary Musou to get multiple kills
Very good vs mounted officers
Very good in melee confusion
