The trouble with Half Jordan's Back Carry is that it gives lift to one of your baby's legs without lifting the other. To give a much more even distribution of baby's weight I prefer a symmetrical Half Jordan's Back Carry. Still the same Base -3 to Base -4 sized carry as the original with just a few minor changes. The wrap passes under baby's leg to lift the leg and deepen the seat. You will notice I mention tightening the longer end of the wrap but don't spend much time tightening. I have found that if you tighten too much, it can cause discomfort for your baby as it pulls up on the leg. Finish it tied at the shoulder, with a Candy Cane Chest belt, or even secured with the Kai Belt Finish from Slings and Smiles.
