Toscolano 1381 is a very ancient paper mill based in Toscolano Maderno, Lake Garda (Italy) since 1381.
This is a short documentary I directed and shot last summer in Toscolano Maderno, Lake Garda, Italy. I think the idea of making handmade paper in 2019 is extremely fascinating and that's why I decided to shoot this film.
