Use CC option for step-by-step instructions. This shows how to remove the selector "orifice" on the GL1200 goldwing TRAC anti-dive unit for cleaning/overhaul. Ideally, you should remove the philips bolt and the ball + spring it holds in place before starting this. If the spring and ball are stuck due to gunk, loosen the screw several turns to make it easier to pull out the orifice/selector. This is very similar to anti-dive units found on other Hondas like CB and CX. Remember to use blue threadlocker on all bolts. Thanks for watching. Ride Safe!
