When their mission requires the contestants not to talk, Steven tries to communicate with his team in other ways, which irritates the rest of the men on his team. He ends up slapping Shane for trying to shush him and gets eliminated, which is surprisingly what Shane didn't want. Despite being short one player, the men's team still manage to beat the ladies in a spelling challenge.
