Welcome to the first 2025 edition of The Campaign for Wool in Canada's Spinning Yarns Speaker Series!
We’re kicking off the year by reflecting on our participation at the International Wool Textile Organisation's Round Table, held in Istanbul, Turkey, at the end of November.
With active involvement in many IWTO Working Groups, the Canadian delegation contributes significantly to the global wool industry, addressing topics from sustainability and animal welfare to wool applications in the interiors sector.
Matthew Rowe, CEO of The Campaign for Wool Canada/Canadian Wool Council, guides us through the latest insights and trends in the global wool trade, and highlights some of the exciting programs and partnerships we’re launching this year to promote and grow the wool industry at home.
