Historical presets are a really cool idea, especially when combined with historical division designs, and mean that you can have tanks and planes in HOI4 without having to learn the designer. So let's find out if they are any good for the Soviet Union! PLUS let's also assess REAL historical divisions, to find out if Mr Stalin was any kind of smart.
