😉The ponytail holders gives the towel holder some stretch so you don't have to stand super close to the stove. It stretches enough to wipe your hands then let it go and it snaps back in place. Easy to get the towel in and out because of the stretch but still holds the towel in place.

Note: I like mine to be long so I dont have to get close to the stove. If you would like yours to be shorter then chain 5-10 instead of 17.
